Airport Transfer
Will the driver wait if my flight is delayed? Are there extra fees?
No extra fee. Share your flight number at booking and we track it automatically — the driver waits, the price stays the same.
Is the price I see online the final price?
The online price is a starting price. For same-city airport transfers it usually stays as shown, but it can change with the season, extra stops or any special requests. We confirm the exact price as soon as we receive your booking.
Do you provide child / infant car seats?
Yes. Infant seats (0–3) and booster seats (4–7) are free on request. Mention it in the booking notes.
What languages do your drivers speak?
We allocate Turkish, English, German or Russian-speaking chauffeurs. Tell us your preference at booking.
How does meet & greet work — how will the driver recognise me?
Your driver waits at the arrivals exit with a name sign. We message your phone before arrival and call if needed.
How can I pay?
After confirmation we send a credit-card payment link or you can choose bank transfer or pay-in-car. Card details are never stored on our system.
Can I book at the last minute?
If your flight is less than 2 hours away, use WhatsApp instead of the online form — we match you with the next available driver directly.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 24 hours before the transfer are free. For shorter notice, please contact us.
Region & Intercity Transfer
How long is the transfer from Antalya to Kemer or other resort areas?
It varies by distance: Lara 20 min, Kemer 50 min, Side 70 min, Alanya 2–2.5 hours. Each route page lists distance + duration.
Do you do intercity transfers (e.g. Antalya–Bodrum)?
Yes. We accept region-to-region requests across Turkey. Intercity routes show 'Price on Request'; we respond within 1 hour with a fixed quote.
Can the driver make multiple stops (hotel, restaurant, beach)?
Yes. Add stops to your booking notes and our team will confirm the updated price before the trip.
Do you operate at night? Any extra fee?
Yes, 24/7. No night surcharge.
Is there a luggage limit?
Vito comfortably fits 4–5 standard suitcases, Sprinter 8–10. For golf bags, bikes or surfboards just mention it in the booking notes — we allocate a suitable vehicle.
Chauffeur Car Service
What's the minimum rental period?
Half-day (4 hours) is the minimum; most bookings are full-day (8–10 hours).
Is fuel included?
Fuel is included for intra-city use. Inter-city transfers are evaluated based on total distance and clarified in the quote.
Who covers the driver's meals and accommodation?
For multi-day itineraries, driver meals and accommodation are covered by the client (international standard).
Can I rent a car for a wedding, film shoot or corporate event?
Yes — we provide S-Class or VIP vehicles for weddings, film/TV shoots and corporate events. Add details to your booking notes.
Are Turkish / English / German / Russian-speaking drivers available?
Yes — all four languages. Specify your preference at booking.
Day Tour
How many hours is a Cappadocia day tour from Antalya?
12–14 hours total — early morning departure, late evening return.
Are entrance tickets included in the tour price?
No. Only chauffeur-driven vehicle + fuel are included. Museum, national-park and restaurant entries are paid by you. We can quote a packaged price on request.
Where do we have lunch during the tour?
Your driver suggests a local restaurant; you choose the venue and pay directly.
Can the tour be customised?
Yes. Instead of a fixed itinerary you can build your own stop list.
Do you do group tours?
Yes — Sprinter and VIP coaches handle 16–50 passenger groups.
